Have you completed a Technical Program at Grand River
Technical School? North Central Missouri College has an excellent opportunity for you!
We have designed a degree that will use your certificate of
completion from GRTS, as 30 college credit hours* toward an AAS in Applied Technology degree from NCMC.
NCMC will offer the remaining credit hours of technical and general education at
Grand River Technical School in Chillicothe, on the main NCMC campus in Trenton,
and through online courses offered by NCMC.
To receive credit for
Tech Prep classes and have them apply toward the AAS degree at NCMC,
you must:

hour block of credit will be awarded upon completion of NCMC
requirements.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Over 79% of NCMC students receive financial assistance. NCMC offers more
than $2.5 million in endowment scholarship funds through the NCMC Foundation.
STUDENT SUPPORT
Programs such as the Academic Resource Center and Student Support Services
provide tutoring, counseling, workshops, equipment loans, and more. NCMC
has one of only nine NADE certified tutoring programs in the United States.
DUAL CREDIT
Dual credit courses enable high school students to simultaneously receive
both high school and college-level course credit. By participating in the dual
credit program, a high school student can make substantial progress toward a
college degree before finishing their senior year of high school.
TECH PREP
A federal program providing students with workplace skills allowing them to
enter the job market or further their education. Tech Prep encourages high skill
attainment in both academic and technical areas.
