GRTS Puts on Finishing Touches

Yvonne Haslar, custodian at the Grand River Technical School puts the finishing touches on the stair railing in the new industrial maintenance lab this morning.

The new lab area formally housed the school's old welding area. The welding program has moved to the space where the ag department used to be located. The ag department has been moved to the Litton Agricultural Education Center at the Litton Agri-Science Learning Center.

Ray Grimm of Copeland Development and Construction Co., Chillicothe, paints a new wall built to separate the new industrial welding shop at the Grand River Technical School this morning.

Now that the ag department has moved to the new Litton Agricultural Educational Center, many departments at the GRTS are being moved around to take advantage of the additional space.
